Pursuant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) authority under Section 114 of the Clean Air Act (CAA), as amended, the Agency is requesting that owners/operators of all coal- and oil-fired electric utility steam generating units provide information that will allow EPA to assess the emissions of hazardous air pollutants (HAP) from each such unit. This information, along with other information, will assist the Administrator of EPA in developing national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) under CAA Section 112.

Data collection for this ICR was completed in January 2011. If you are looking for information about the Mercury Air Toxics Standard (MATS) please go to EPA's Technology Transfer Network Air Toxics Web Site: http://www.epa.gov/ttn/atw/utility/utilitypg.html
|Online registration is no longer available|
Monday, March 28, 2011
We have closed the online registration option used by ICR participants to upload 2010 EU MACT ICR emissions data, as the proposed EU MACT rule was signed on 3/16/11. However, if you still have emissions data that you need to upload please contact RTI International at 919-316-3408 to facilitate the uploading of these data.
Please note that it is not possible to access 2010 EU MACT ICR emissions data output from this site; this site is intended for uploading data only. You can access all the emissions data used in developing the proposed rule through downloading the two ICR databases (Parts I&II, and Part III; MS Access file format) located on EPA’s website: http://www.epa.gov/ttn/atw/utility/utilitypg.html

|Announcement for Part III Stack Testers: Chlorine Data|
Thursday, July 01, 2010
EPA requests Chlorine data to be provided IF available through analyses already being done for the other acid gases. NO additional testing is being required at this time for chlorine; however, analysis for chlorine is an intermediate step in the analyses done for Method 26A and, if known in advance, providing the chlorine data does not represent an increase in the ICR testing burden. Units that have completed their analyses, reporting, and uploading can report and upload their chlorine data separately, if it is available. Use the Chlorine Emissions Template spreadsheet (also available on the Downloads page). If you have already finalized your uploads for Part III and you have this data available, please contact us and we will re-enable Part III uploads for your Web site account. Please note that this data will need to be uploaded to the "Supporting Files" section of the Part III Uploads page.
